My name is Danika (AKA Dee), I’m an avid solo female traveler who has worked and lived abroad in Asia, Central America and the Middle East (where I’m currently working). Prior to working abroad, I set out on my first solo trip in 2017. Since then, I have been hooked on exploring all the fascinating places this planet has to offer, as well as getting to know the amazing people that inhabit all those places. 

I credit my solo travels to shaping me into the person I am today. Aside from all the fantastic (though occasionally painful) adventures travel has provided me with, it has shown me how I can be a better person for myself, and everyone around me. Ironically, the more I lost myself in foreign places, the closer I came to understanding myself and the world around me.
